<p>Moneragala Police SSP Sisira Kumara had been&nbsp; arrested by the Special Task Force of Police (STF) with over 600 of Ganja plants at his official residence.</p> <p>The STF said they also recovered a metal scanner during the raid.</p> <p>The Ganja plants and the SSP were taken to the Moneragala Police station for further investigation.</p><center><a href="https://www.hi.lk/himag" target="_blank"><img src="https://bmkltsly13vb.compat.objectstorage.ap-singapore-1.oraclecloud.com/cdn.sg.dailymirror.lk/assets/uploads/advr_7fec3b236e.jpg" /></a></p></center> <p>The police constable driver of the SSP and four others including another police constable were also arrested along with the SSP.
