At the age of nine, he had gone totally deaf and the doctors advised him to undergo a cochlear implant which costs around Rs 5 million.</p> <p><br /> &ldquo;I am doing an odd job and cannot find such a big amount to get my only son cured. As there is no other way, the&nbsp;doctors recommended him to wear hearing aids for both ears. This too costs around Rs.600, 000 and five years ago a donor gifted him two hearing aids whose power has now weakened.
